Transparent Costs
- Fair Usage Policy: All services are subject to this Fair Usage Policy. Excessive, inappropriate, or disproportionate use beyond what would reasonably be expected of a typical customer may result in additional charges, service restrictions, or termination of services. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel your account if your usage is deemed excessive and negatively affects other users or the sustainability of our service. Where possible, we will contact you to discuss usage and provide reasonable notice prior to cancellation.
- The costs of medications, blood tests, and other investigations (such as imaging, lab testing, or specialist procedures) are not covered and will be charged separately, with all fees and options communicated in advance for total transparency.

Payment Terms and Durations
12-Month Minimum Subscription
- The monthly fee is £100
- There is a minimum commitment of 12 months; early cancellation is not permitted during this period except during the initial 14-day cooling-off window.
- After the initial 12 months, the subscription typically becomes rolling monthly, with cancellation allowed with prior notice.
6-Month Subscription Option
- The monthly fee is £120
- Subscribers can commit for a minimum term of 6 months.
Fair Usage Policy applies. This option allows for a shorter commitment but at a higher monthly cost.
Cancellation Policy
Cooling-Off Period
By UK law, all new subscriptions have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of the contract, during which cancellation is allowed with a full refund if no services have been accessed.
After Cooling-Off
- For the 12-month plan: Cancellation is not permitted before the end of the 12-month minimum term.
- For the 6-month plan: Cancellation is not permitted before the end of the 6-month minimum term.
- After the minimum term is complete, cancellation can be made at any time with proper notification (usually 30 days).
If you choose to cancel your appointment within the statutory cooling-off period, but have already received the service (in full or in part), you will be required to pay for the cost of the service provided up to the cancellation date. Where eligible for a refund, a non-refundable administration fee of £25 will be deducted from your refund to cover payment processing costs.
